🏆 We're the team behind Master Tournament Desk — built for the people who actually run the games. The organizers, coordinators, and volunteers who turn a pile of team names into a real competition. We came up through weekend cups and packed sports halls, got tired of wrangling brackets across spreadsheets and group chats, and built the control room we always wished we had.
🎯 Our mission is simple: take the chaos out of running a tournament and hand the organizer something calm, clear, and fully under control. Football cups, basketball leagues, volleyball championships, hockey tournaments, tennis brackets — whatever the sport or format, the structure, scheduling, and scoring should just work, so you can focus on the event instead of the admin.

Master Tournament Desk is built around a single promise: your tournament data is yours, and it never leaves your device. The app does not collect, store on our servers, or share any of your information. Competitions, teams, players, scores, schedules, and brackets all live locally on the device you're using. Here's exactly what that means.
1Information We Collect
We don't collect any of it. The app has no sign-up, no accounts, and no logins. We never ask for your name, email address, phone number, or location, and the app runs no analytics that track how you use it. The competitions, team and player names, match scores, standings, and schedules you enter are created and kept entirely on your device — not by us.
2How We Use Information
Because we never collect your information, there is nothing for us to use, read, analyze, profile, or sell. Every feature — building structures, calculating standings and point differentials, sorting rankings, flagging schedule conflicts, tracking top scorers — runs entirely on-device, using only the data you entered for your own event.
3Data Storage
All of your tournament data is stored locally on your device. There is no cloud account, no remote backup, and no transmission of your data to us or to anyone else. Your information stays put until you choose to change or remove it.
4Third-Party Services
The app contains no third-party analytics, no advertising networks, no trackers, and no data-sharing SDKs. We don't hand your activity to outside companies, because nothing is being sent anywhere in the first place.
5Data Security
Keeping everything on your device is the most direct form of protection: data that is never uploaded can't be intercepted in transit or exposed in a server breach. Your tournament information benefits from the security of the device it lives on, with no external surface for us to put at risk.
6Children's Privacy
The app collects no personal data from anyone, which includes children under the age of 13. There are no accounts, profiles, or trackers of any kind, so Master Tournament Desk is comfortable to use in schools, youth leagues, and family events, in line with COPPA-friendly principles.
7Your Control
You're in full control of your data at every moment. Everything is on your device, so you can edit or delete competitions, teams, and results whenever you like. Removing the app removes its data with it — there are no server-side copies, hidden backups, or lingering accounts to clean up.
8Changes to This Policy
If we ever update this policy, we'll revise the Effective Date at the top so it's clear when the latest version took effect. Our core commitment — collecting nothing and keeping your data on your device — isn't something we plan to change.
